By playing Fizzle Blast! ("the game") you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Playing the game

Fizzle Blast! is free to play. You may install and play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its artwork and sounds.

Leaderboard

• Names on the leaderboard are visible to every player. Keep them clean: no abusive, hateful or impersonating names. We may rename or remove entries that break this rule, without notice.
• Scores must come from playing the game. Entries that are faked, automated or tampered with may be removed, and repeat offenders may be blocked from the board.
• The leaderboard may be reset, changed or taken down at any time.

Ads and purchases

The game may show ads and offers an optional one-time "Remove ads" purchase made through Apple's App Store. Purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are requested from Apple. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices.

Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any part of it, including the online leaderboard, at any time.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
